What you need

  • Google Sheet of contracts (supplier, category, end date, rebate terms, owner)
  • Make
  • Email or Slack

Steps

  1. Scheduled scenario: daily at 8:00 AM.
  2. Search Rows: contracts where end date is 90, 60 or 30 days away, or rebate claim date is within 14 days.
  3. AI module (optional): summarize the key terms from the contract notes column.
  4. Send the owner an email/Slack with the summary and a link to the row.
  5. Monthly digest to the procurement lead of everything due next quarter.
Watch out: The sheet is the source of truth: add a 'last reviewed' date so it stays current.

Check your company's data and AI policies before sending guest or vendor data to any third-party tool.
